Over-thinking and possible solutions

I am an overthinking personality and working on possible solutions, so can you!

We tend to overcomplicate the things and when I say we, it mean myself;

I tend to overthink, re-run everything in my minds in every given situation and that’s not helping me in any way.

How to overcome this?

Let me share my everyday situation;

I procrastinate a lot, keep thinking about what to do, when to to, how to do but never starts for No reasons at all.

Just by thinking about the variety of things, tasks, events it felts that I am doing something about it but that’s actually not the same.

And end of the day, situation remains the same as yesterday and I start planning for tomorrow.

Now from today; from this very day and moment I decided to act more often than think. So I am writing about it straightforward from my heart;

I believe strongly that this is the most simple and effective solution

Act more often, don’t wait for the right time to come, there is no correct moment and even if it is, it doesn’t announce the arrival.

And to my surprise; tools and environment do not matter the most what matters the most is
Your Actions:

However small is the step but once you take it, in no time that small step can turn out to be the biggest leap of your life.

don’t wait for situation to improve, tools to be available, environment to be perfect, your health to be the best.

Just act on… and keep working, keep acting.

Be it a small paragraph of your novel or just four lines of your poetry or just a simple design of your next big project or just a phone call to your customer.

Everything will fall in place once you take the responsibility and take actions

To my surprise;

I could write this piece in crowded place on my mobile device in the Saturday evening and that to just in 15–20 minutes.

I can and so you can.

Thanks for reading.

keep reading, keep sharing.
